Twice a year a team from NCCN travels overland to a rural village just outside Dedza in Malawi. The purpose of these 10-day outreach trips is to spend time with three NCMI relating Churches in the area, who come together for a time of relationship building and leadership training. Since our first visit in March 2008, firm friendships with the local leaders have been established, biblical leadership training has taken place and steps have been made to address the need for orphan care and improve crop yields in the Wider comunity.

Our latest trip happened recently, in August '09

Swaziland PDF Print E-mail

We have had the privilege of being able to work with some of the local churches in the Kingdom of Swaziland for the past 10 years. Part of our vision in working there is to come along-side the leaders/people from the local churches with whom God connects us, as well as assisting in and supporting any new church plants that God opens doors for us to be involved in. Our heart is to see the "local church" strengthened, as we believe this is God's chosen vehicle in advancing his Kingdom. We submit ourselves to the leadership of the various churches that we relate to and assist them in what God has called them to do as a local church.

Our beliefs of building strong relationships and true friendships is at the core of everything we do practically, and much of what we do practically is also in support and in relation to NCMI (New Covenant Ministries International). Some practical things that we are involved in are;

  • Having an annual, national leaders training time(LTT) with all the churches that we relate to
  • Having regular geographical leadership training times(GTT) with church leaders from a particular area.
  • Having regular leadership and other training times into specific churches, meeting their specific needs.
  • Partnering with local churches by having outreaches into the comunities where they are situated(this includes a variety of activities)
  • Praying for the nation and the churches.

At present we are working into the following areas of Swaziland;

Mhlume

Inkalichi

Duzi

Manzini

Mbabane
